Interesting that defense wasn’t mentioned here. Our defense was terrible last season.
Maybe our lack of shooting and chemistry were bigger culprits in our defensive woes than the individual defenders themselves.

Hmm. Dray shouldn’t be that big of a win. They’re going to make Lacob sweat this out aren’t they. Dray will also be making demands of what he expects to see from the roster going forward, which is good and bad , but probably more good.
By connectivity I hope they mean more passing, selfless play circa 2016.

They aren’t openly talking about how important Draymond is to them if they haven’t already agreed to the loose framework of a deal imo. Would be losing leverage for no reason otherwise. They all know he’s coming back.

The Warriors need a legitimate inside threat. Someone who can drive the ball off the dribble to really take advantage of the gravity of Curry.
Idk something tells me they want Draymond to come back but at the same time wouldn’t be too heartbroken if he left. I think it’s more for appearances so it doesn’t look like they are just okay with moving on from Dray and possibly Klay with Steve/Steph campaigning to run things back.
