It almost is comical how these NBA teams need to have legislation (the upcoming collective bargaining agreement) to keep themselves from overpaying players. Every year, there is some team giving a player outrageous contracts, and the Bradley Beal is another example. If teams like Washington showed self-restraint and offered more reasonable deals, they can more some of these players easier.
Portland is not interested in winning, they are a small market team who can't afford to be terrible and have an empty arena. It is for that reason they are clinging to this build around Dame nonsense.
SportsCenter reported Bradley Beal and dame lillard plan to join the lakers. brian windhorst and adrian wojnarowski believe this is the best scenario for the league. Both players intend to take a massive pay cut in order to play with the alleged goat.
