Honestly I might consider it. Paul George deserves all the credit for getting the Clippers to the WCF but he’s been slowly declining due to all his injuries.
This is too good to be true sadly
Nba central out here spitting hot garbage
Should be illegal to ever cite nbacentral, legionhoops, etc
PGs name was kind of a throw in example by Jake Fischer for who Portland could target in a pick #3 trade.
If we traded PG for Scoot I wouldnāt be too sad but it would probably mean a full blown tear down.
If we traded him for Brandon Miller Iād be depressed. Brandon Miller isnāt as good as Shai. Scoot has potential to be a number one guy
Portland P
I’d be sad cause I really like PG, but this would be a good way to future proof the team.
If it was scoot, he still has some space to develop. I think I read he shot like 20% from 3 last year.
Best I can do is Marcus Morris, $4.52 cash considerations and a signed TMANN jersey
the only trade that really works salary-wise is Simons + Nurkic for PG. From the blazers point of view, they’d have Dame, PG, re-signed Jerami Grant, Sharpe, and a bunch of vet mins and/or rookie contract guys. Does that really make them more competitive?
if this happened, weād probably find a way to mess up the pick or trade them right before their way to stardom.
I’d do it for Scoot but I don’t think the FO/Ballmer would even consider it. They’ll ride with 213
Here we goooo
It doesnāt sound like the Clippers plan to trade PG or Kawhi this season
Please do it.
PG13 and Kawhi was a fun idea and experiment that failed. It certainly has no longevity as they continue to age and get hurt more frequently and for longer periods of time. We need to get the most we can now while there is some interest.
