Orlando Magic forward Jonathan Isaac will miss the rest of the season after undergoing surgery to repair a torn left adductor muscle. Returning to action in January after missing two full seasons amid a series of injuries and recoveries he’s played in 11 games since, averaging 5.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 0.5 assists in 11.3 minutes per game. Isaac had a short-lived return to the court this season — just 11 games and he didn’t play more than 17 minutes in any appearance. He had waited so long to come back after several knee injuries and now he’s out again. It’s a blow for Isaac, of course. He’s seen what was once a promising career ruined by one injury after another. It’s hard to say where his career goes from here. He’s still just 25 but he’s played only 45 games over the last two seasons. His contract next season is partially guaranteed for $7.6 million of the potential $17.4 million he could be due. #JonathanIsaac #OrlandoMagics #NBA

I'm hoping that JI will come back healthy this year and restore his career.
I DONT SEE THIS HAPPENING UNLESS IT REALLY GREATLY BENEFITS THE MAGIC. ORLANDO IS NOT GIVING JI AWAY ON SOME CHEAP DEAL WHERE THEY LOSE OUT JI THE DEAL.ORLANDO HAS PLENTY OF CAP SPACE NOW WITH KEEPING JI
Why trade him to a contendor? Thats means a late first round draft pick. Thats not gonna be worth trading him. I think him coming off the bench greatly benefits Orlando
