[Neubeck] The Chicago Bulls have had exploratory talks on Zach LaVine, but their asking price is believed to be closer to a traditional star trade rather than the Bradley Beal cap-dump….Bulls would want a package centered around a younger player with upside and multiple picks, sources say.

Lavine is the superior player at this point, and given Beal is 2 years older, it’s likely to stay that way.

To an extent it makes me wonder if the FO is pricing him so high because we want to keep him.

I hope they’ve got a plan if a trade doesn’t happen because I wouldn’t want Zach pissed at the front office especially knowing how Klutch moves.

If this is exploratory that’s fine. Just hope we do better than running it back with no shooting

Of course…that Beal trade was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. No team is going to trade their star player for a bag of chips like Washington did.

That shouldn’t dictate the market. That was a rare example of a team giving a good player complete leverage, and it coming back to bite them square in the ass.

Firing up some Zach highlights rn just in case he’s traded 2 nights from now

Any team that gives this asking price would have to believe LaVine is the missing piece of a championship-caliber team *and* have picks *and* be able to survive the new CBA.

See ya in Chicago next season Zach.

I wouldn’t mind if you kick some ass next season too.

So he’s not getting traded then lol, no team that has a competent front office is trading the bag for this guy.
