This definitely isn’t a “getting better” move. There are addition by subtraction moves to be made with this roster like Hunter/JC. Starting OO in place of Capela is not that.
However Lively would be a cool prospect.

with the Hawks, capela turns this team into a perennial finals team and Trae becomes a MVP 4-5x in every 2k simulation
just imagine if the MAVS had Capela? Luka might average 50/30/30

Seems all media outlets want the Hawks to get ran through. Like in every situation we’re not getting nearly what they propose for us to give . Shows they hope we make a mistake because they know how dangerous the team can be .
