Been a long night for Woj. Adama is a 6’9” PF. Was most outstanding player of the final four.

The Bulls have gotten some size, athleticism, and youth with this and the draft pick.
Those are all things you can’t teach while the rest can be coached up.
I know there are those here who love to hate on Donovan and claim he can’t develop players, but he was mentored by one of the best coaches at developing players (Rick Pitino) and if you go back all the way to Donovan’s college and OKC days you’d see he has a pretty good track record for both college and pros. And in turn, Donovan’s coaching tree includes Mark Daigneault (current Thunder head coach) and he was mentored by Donovan at Florida. And I’d say Daigneault has done a fine job at development while in the G-league and OKC. I have an old comment somewhere with all the names of the players Donovan has developed (or had a significant part in their development) and if I can find it I will update this comment later – but the most obvious example that Bulls fans would be most familiar is Joakim Noah. There are many others too.
Time will tell what the ceilings of these young players added will be, but to have great size and great athleticism isn’t a bad floor for these late selections.
