  1. Holy fuk the alcohol thing always comes up with SLC. They have changed a lot of the laws there. It’s not that bad. It’s like 2 AM when they stop serving not 10 PM.

  2. As a member of the counter culture in Utah, I will defend the nightlife and entertainment scene in Salt Lake, Ogden, Park City, and Moab. The variety of places to hang out, dine, dance, and let loose is legit. The cities that I listed above vote blue, and it is reflected in the entertainment scene. The festivals are fantastic. The locals create art, booz, and environments for everyone's liking. There are some weird rules, but nothing major. Walking down the streets of Moab and Park City, you'll hear every language from all four corners of the earth. In fact, you usually end up drinking with people from everywhere at the end of the night. Utah has the best outdoor activities in the country. The land is rich with the history of the old west, too.
At the end of the day, Salt Lake and Park City are ski towns nestled in the Wasatch mountains. While Moab is a small town with mountain bike/jeep problem! Come out and see for yourself.

The Jazz did great this draft and found players with skill, upside, fit, and potential. The new ownership has brought a new culture, a new FO, and the coaching staff is a chip off the coach Pop block. Last summer was tough for the fanbase, but it was necessary. The assets and players they acquired in return look to be paying dividends. Hell, Lauri Markkanen is a legit 7 footer who shoots lights out and is built like a Brickhouse. Kessler seems to be an upgrade over Rudy. Time will tell. We love Sexton. I suspect the org sees something special in him. This next season will be interesting and critical to his career. I bet the Jazz let Clarkson go. The resources he will demand aren't in alignment with their plans moving forward. The future drafts, trades, and off-seasons will be entertaining. The team has shooting, length, defense, and speed. Now, they need to make a few smart moves and time to gell. They will contend for a lower playoff seed next season. Cheers!
