[Popper] Knicks will not exercise option on Derrick Rose’s contract. Rose was beloved by Thibs and the organization, had a diminished role on the court but was a pro throughout his benching, a voice in the locker room, and this will give him a chance to explore available opportunities.

Can we please bring him back even just to sit in the bench? Like I know heâs not the best and so that but just how people praise Jimmy to hell and back we need double that for Derrick who did it for THIS FRANCHISE. Dude came out there and left it all in the floor as a damn superstar which as we see today is pretty rare. If not then whenever he decides to retire he needs to be given proper respect and to end his career hearing his hometown give him love for all the excitement he gave us and it should be in red and white with number 1 on the back!!!
