Ben should never have gotten anywhere near a max deal, it's not an accident that the two teams thus far who have signed and traded for him are two of the worst run, mistake ridden franchises in the league.

A basketball player who is afraid to shoot jump shots is a liability in today’s game. It is shameful to be paid millions of dollars to play a game and not spend every waking moment working on your shot until it is second nature.
Bring him to the spurs. Give him a 3 year 36 million dollar contract

Ben Simmons is probably the only player I can think of (off the top of my head) where his career decline has nothing to do with injuries, and everything to do with being mentally weak.
Like usually when a player has this drastic of a decline in performance, it’s because of an injury that greatly impacted their play.
But I’m Ben’s case, that’s just not what happened. I honestly can’t think of another star player where this happened.
I can name star players who declined after injury, or even after another star player from the team was traded away, but not because he’s too mentally frail.
Like this is wild.
Thank god he isn’t American. I wouldn’t want to claim him.
He may play this season if he wants to suck out more money but the truth is he f over the NBA and is rich and don't care.
