I actually had my goals list framed when I was a freshmen high school and proudly accomplished a majority of them. Sadly I am not a Houston Rockets player but academically, professionally, and personally (family) I hit most. The ones I couldn’t besides being a Rocket was due to losing a parent right after college suddenly which motivated me to move to NYC then SF to build myself over a decade after being comfortable on an island.
What’s smart about the twins is building good habits to be great and having a practical checklist to live by. Once you start small, it generally rolls up into bigger things as you get “addicted” to the feeling of accomplishing things. Similar to a book titled Make Your Bed based on principles of a military leader. Sometimes having too much rigidity in your dailies can be paralyzing as you don’t feel like you’ve accomplished much when you miss it. But overall, I feel it is healthy to have SOMETHING directionally toward your goal everyday compounded.
My TedTalk. TLDR: TLDR 😂.
