I listened to Marc Cuban on the radio and he and the front office were blown away by Omax Prosper and at first, considered him the big sleeper — they even thought that he could be picked up as an undrafted free agent back during the NCAA season. When his stock kept rising, sounds like the Mavs had some moves ready to grab him. He reminds me of Josh Howard who we got with the last pick in the 2003 draft who was a steal as well. I say "we" because I've been a die-hard Mavs since I was a kid in the 80s. Also, I've always been a huge Richaun Holmes fan. Can't wait to see the pick-n-roll lobs from Luka and Kyrie. Go Mavs. Great video. You mentioned Hardy's stats but please note that after the all-star game, he shot 46% from three. BTW, Cuban says Mavs should have the full MLE for a free agent.
Iāll say this, I donāt want lively no where around the 3 point line. Thatās not why we drafted him. Live in the paint for the most part. Work on some mid range shoots, thatās it! The rest is defense, lobs, layups hooks, etc
Luka should probably stop bringing the ball up. Let Kyrie bring it up (team plays better with speed) anytime we get stopped or slowed down just pass to Luka and watch him make magic

Rockets fan here: very nice draft by the Mavs. Shedding a lot of money was key. Still think my Rockets won the draft, but Iām sure Iām being a little biased.
They donāt have 24 million in cap space? Where are you getting that from? They are way over the cap. They will have the full MLE if they donāt sign Kyrie to the max or trade another contract out.
