With Chet Holmgren returning from injury and Cason Wallace added via the draft, OKC could look to make the star trade this summer that’ll push them over the edge and into the top of the Western Conference.

And I don’t agree with OKC being ready to win/be in the playoffs. Past Shai, the rest of the team is EXTREMELY young. j Dub, tho amazing, rookie.. Giddey? Year 3.. Chet, Rookie (technically) so to expect to be a playoff team when you’re 3-4 best players haven’t even hit enough years in the league to get a retirement package when theyre done is VERY unrealistic
The amount of people that watch 2 games of a team and have a say dumb shit about it is insane, Dort is a top3 perimeter defender (dame, D Mitch and luka said it) in the league (and he isn't 3) and always shows up in the big moments. He has been inconsistent during the regular season but we have no rush to get rid of him and in elimination games he has been a demon so far (even as a rookie he lead the team in points in game 7)

Bruh OKC has the fastest rebuild in the league right now they made the playoffs as a 5th seed in 2020 it's 2023 they already in the playin why do people make it seem like they been tanking for 15 seasons? Youngest team in the league with the most assets na they right we're they need to be.
i really think most of the fanbase is trying to push too fast. we dont know what this team will look like with chet. maybe its great. maybe its not. the thunder arent going to make a move without being more informed about their roster. this team, as Sam said, needs to declare themselves. they didnt make the playoffs last season and they didnt have a winning record. lets just pump the brakes a little and let this team become themselves a little more.

Dort is too important to get rid of in my opinion. Yes he is not the most consistent offensive player, but epsecially if you're in a 7 game series he is someone you can put on the opponents best player. You need that defense. That's like when Andre Roberson got hurt a few years ago OKC struggled. Other guys can step up on offense.
