I think Monte likes Kuzma, so I’m sure he’s a strong signing option. Based on what the Kings did last year, his addition would have to make them the runaway favourite for best offense this coming season. I do worry about having enough balls on the floor for that starting lineup. Keegan is going to make a leap to 15-20, Kuzma would be there too, Fox’s numbers are going to go up a little. Would have to feel Sabonis would become a more 15/10/10 guy.
Would Kuzma increase rebounding?
Defense?
Who becomes the backup Center? Wonder why TJD wasn’t drafted if there was no plan for that. Queta? If not, then who is an upgrade there?
If we’re talking about Kuzma and competing with Denver, I like Kuzma into MPJ. Don’t know the head to head matchup but size wise both are similar.
Kuzma gives us a bucket getter that can get hot in an instant but I worry for our defense. Sure he’s tall and long so hopefully he buys in Mike Brown’s system. We’ll know in a few days.
