Hope that’s not Dwight Powell’s new contract

Skin risking it all again on Mavs free agency lol. But also wouldn’t be shocked seeing that. He wants to win, seems like he really enjoys it here, we need him to take a little less as we currently are to get the full MLE, and there is no competition for him. That would probably also open up the BAE to use too.

Kyrie taking a pay cut too good to be true

Is this Skin guy the Suns version of Flex?

Is that Kyrie? 40 a year is ok. 4 years might bite us in the ass…

if true, one year longer that I would wish for .. but I rather take the discount and give an extra year. this would be a huge win. this would give us the full MLE while keeping Bullock.

for those wondering this would also get us to the full MLE if we waive/stretch either McGee or Bullock while trading for Ayton though potentially only with 14 players:

note they assumed a discount contract starting at 40M but 4/160 would more likely mean a starting salary below 40M. so this would mean we could likely do an Ayton deal without waiving anyone. but it also generally means we have more flexibility to make trades even if some additional salary comes back.

most importantly it means Kyrie is as committed to winning in Dallas as one could hope for.
