Would love to have him, but seems unlikely. I don’t know exactly who can offer what, but there will be multiple offers and I doubt he picks us. His role here would be something like an 8th man. Maybe he’d be fine with that on a contending team or in a market he really wants to be in, but I doubt he considers us either of those things.

He will not look the same or be as valuable next to Ant/Gobert or Kyle off the bench as next to Murray/Porter/Jokic.
Just a lot more overlap here, and you’d likely have to give up both NAW and TP who have proven to be solid fits and good teammates (not that Bruce isn’t a good teammate).
I’d take NAW and Prince for my money.

Honestly I’d rather use part of the MLE on Donte and keep NAW. Brown will probably get the full MLE and we desperately need some more shooting

I really think Brown would be the perfect move. Could start alongside Edwards when Conley misses games, could allow for Edwards to develop playmaking more. Is a hard nosed defender and fits Finches “flow” or “randomness” system.
I just don’t think we could get him even with full MLE, surely the Spurs or Thunder would pay him more than that.
