It IS a great deal. The amount of money he’s making compared to how much others make for what he does is fantastic. I’m not saying that dismisses the criticisms of him because they are valid and worth hearing. But I’m personally okay with this and he’s tradable in the future too. We could’ve signed him for more but people will complain anyways bc of what he isn’t the best at, and I do agree with them that his defense is subpar… you still have to look at the money situation and the window this is contained in. It’s a good deal.

If the deal wasn’t an indicator that little with the team would change then I’d be happy with it. It isn’t the deal or Vucevic it’s just the whole “lipstick on a pig” act AKME is pulling and that the fans who are buying into that BS feel the need to smugly snub their noses at fans who think that a more expensive version of damn near the exact same roster is a bad idea.
