As always, we are not going to comment on rumors, But we all were disappointed with the way the season ended, and Zach was one of the guys who was very disappointed. He went into the offseason to get better and already is working with our player development in [Los Angeles] and started his work early. He’s trying to get better. I think a lot of our guys are working hard and trying to get better and get ready for the season. I did not follow or read [the rumors]. I am focused on what our group thinks and how we can improve this team.

    Is wondering who signs Ayo? My best guesses are Denver, Dallas, Boston, or Charlotte.

    The Bulls have abt $6.5M to spend. They can spend some on Mo Bamba off the buyout market. Spend some on the Turkish sensation Onuralp Bitim, or spend it all re-signing Ayo.

    I'd take a flier on trendon watford. Just got waived by the blazers. He played well for them the past 2 seasons. Only 22 years old. Shot 39% from 3pt line this past season. Put him behind pat at the 4

    I think coby starts honestly you don’t pay him like that if he’s not starting. But maybe carter starts if coby struggles but he will be an amazing 6th man!

    With Dame requesting a trade, my idea would be:
    Bulls Receive: Damian Lillard
    Blazers receive: LaVine, Vuc, Dalen Terry, and 2 future first round picks.

    Trade lavine for dame … He just requested a trade . Would be a great fit since he has that good three pointers

    I would still grab Mo Bamba on a 2 year deal or a one year Prove It deal. Now that the Nuggets are Champs, size will be needed and since he expressed an interest in coming to the Bulls that should be noted.

    Getting rid of Zach makes no sense considering he’s just becoming more of an Alpha player.a more mature player that should be more demanding and developed..The only hitch is the PG and Lonzo being injured but if they add a good PG in the next draft and some obviously bigger guys as well.. I don’t think they are far from being very good again as guys also develop..

    I don’t think criticism of the regime is in order quite yet and they did amazing things in one year but injuries happened to the worst player that was so key.. but they can find another way with the talent they have and not tear it down completely.
