Kinda getting the vibe on what’s gonna happen. We become the third team in the Dame deal. We take Herro, and give up Simmons and a couple picks to Portland.
Getting rid of Harris and Mills as salary dumps were our way of saying, “We’re not contenders, so there’s no reason to swallow our ugly contracts anymore.”
And the ugliest contract left is Simmons, so that’ll be our big finale to get rid of.
Herro pairs really nicely with Dinwiddie and Mikal, because he could take a lot of offensive burden off both. I’m down.

It seems like tsai and marks are cleaning the books and just gonna write next season off, then potentially make a splash next free agency or 2025.
Which really isn’t a bad idea, next years free agency class is better then this years, 2025 is even better. I’m not super sold on herro but it’s not the worst outcome.
