Apparently Hornets are gonna offer more than the MLE to him.

Have to think that grant would want to come and sign a contract with Dallas as opposed to somewhere like Charlotte. Luka, agent connection, possibility of winning

yall do realize S&Ts cant be done or considered official till thursday, its gonna be awhile

The Hornets will likely re-sign P.J. Washington to a long term contract, now that Miles Bridges has taken the 1-year qualifying offer.

That leaves Grant Williams as the only starting caliber power forward still on the market.

Guarantee you we whiff and he signs with the Spurs.

    – Grant Williams and Thybulle need to be complete on Thursday or whenever ASAP. With who’s left and available, I don’t understand how this is even a debate.

    – I think Gordon signing with PHX, in addition to their other signings, ends any talk of Ayton to Dallas.

    – At this point, I’m fine with a stopgap C for the next 2-3 years while Lively develops. Normally, I’d want someone under 28 to fit with Luka’s timeline but a starting level C is an urgent matter at this point.

    – What would MIN want for Gobert? THJ/Holmes/Bullock + 27′ FRP?

    – We can make fun of him all we want but that guy protects the rim, rebounds, and sets good screens. 15-12-2 vs Jokic and the champs. We’ve got a 2-3 year window to show Luka and Kyrie we mean business. I’d rather not mess around on this starting C.

    – Luka – Kyrie – Green – Williams – Gobert

    – Hardy – Curry – Thybulle – Kleber – Lively

    – Exum – OMax

If Lively is decent and Green + Hardy take normal leaps of development and our coach isn’t a bozo in clutch situations, that’s a contender imo? or am I just on hopium
