Skimmed the article and its basically saying something I said in here yesterday. Lack of guaranteed playing time. As pf now Warriors can’t guarantee playing time over pur top 9-10 players. So a free agent is coming to basically be third string at some position. Even at pur weakest position which is center, we play alot of lineups with Looney and Dray as the 5. So they are still in a way fighting to be a 3rd string center. That’s not very attractive for most players who will look for playing time tp recoup value around the league

That may be why Saric is leaning towards us. There is a clear path to a stretch 4/5 playing. He can play the 4 with looney when dray rests, the 4/5 with dray when looney rests, the 5 when both are out. He can be a part of big or small lineups.
After that, it’s tough to find time. A PG will get some minutes given Steph and CP3 aren’t playing 82 games. It will be tough for a wing to find minutes.

With Kerr disliking rookie any good vet will get there’s..
We are not just a good destination!
We are not destinations for ring chasers, we are not first line contenders..

I think people are really sleeping on Moody and Kuminga taking that step up next year. Many were so upset when Mills signed with nets 2 years ago. “Can’t win if Poole and GP2 are the only back up guards” And rest was history right. These guys are entering year 3 just like Poole was that year. To me, Moody showed in in the playoffs that he is ready to be a real contributor. And while Kuminga did not get much run in the playoffs, looking at his second half was really good, with some great games in there. Some act like they have no chance of helping. I really think they help out this year and take that next step in their games.

PG: Steph SG: Klay SF: Wiggins PF: Dray C: Looney
Off the bench
PG: CP3 SG: GP2 SF: Moody PF: Kuminga C: ?
Rookies: Trayce Jackson Davis & Brandon podziemski
All we need is a center or another forward. My recommendation is Jay Huff and Torrey Craig.

They got free agents by making promises to them to play above the young players. That caused friction in the team. They aren’t making those promises any more.
