If I was Miami I would try my best to keep. Tyler hero if you run hero at the two Dame at the one Kevin, Love at the 4 and bam at the 5 then you hit free agency and try to find yourself some good role players and maybe a starting 4 and bring love off the bench you could package a deal and a three team trade where all Miami would have to give up is Caleb Martin Kyle Lowry and some picks Don't overpay like the Lakers deal with Anthony Davis

The Blazers have to realize that how they choose to handle this Dame situation will have long term ramifications. Sure, they paid him, but Dame and Portland made that money together over his 11 year tenure. If they choose to take care of only the franchise and give Dame the middle finger, they have every right to do so, but they will struggle to get a quality free agent from here on out, so they’ll have to draft perfectly. Also, Scoot is watching how you handle Dame’s situation to see how you’ll handle things when it comes to him. Ruining your relationship with Dame for an extra draft pick could simultaneous affect your relationship with Scoot. I think trying to take care of Dame makes the most sense long term. But we’ll see what they do.
