defence: booker had proven himself as an elite two way player in the 2023 playoffs. KD has always been great at defence especially this year. Yuta and JO are great defenders too.
Point guard: Payne may not start, but in the last game of our 2023 playoff run he got us 30 points. booker beal and kd all have good playmaking and Book basically played PG in the 2023 playoffs.
bench is ass: we got yuta, a 50% corner shooter and top of the league 3pt efficiency shooter with good defence. the rest of em ain’t scrubs either
conclusion is we need another big man tbh that’s all

we’ve done really well given the money available to spend against the cap, but it is weird saying out loud that we don’t have a real point guard.
First image is missing Diop. Arguably the biggest potential-steal
This team has tremendous flexibility and can play any style of ball essentially. Even a small ball lineup of EG, Book, Beal, Yuta & KD will be lethal.

The team is missing some size, would be good if we can get another rebounding PF ala Aaron Gordon for when we want more size. Hopefully can either S&T Torrey Craig or cut Ish/Todd for one
