tbf if we don’t make any other moves this summer we probably got worse. Need a big wing and/or a backup PF. If we make a subsequent move, then I’d say replacing Obi with DDV would have been a net positive

    Relax Berman. Relax.

Also huge clown take. We’ll throw this back at him by the end of November.

PF is a position that doesn’t necessarily need a backup, especially when Jules plays 38mins a night. We can play small ball or 2 big lineup. If it becomes an issue, we can make a deal at the deadline.

3 and D players with solid ball handling and passing chops don’t grow on trees. We struggled last year to shoot the 3 effectively, create space, and handle the ball when Brunson was resting. Donte helps alleviate those problems.

Lmao a valuable backup. He gave us highlight dunks and shot 30% from three.

Don’t tell me someone else can’t give us the same thing if not more. FOH Baldman

Who are these backup power forwards that everyone is so afraid of lmao

I love obi and wish him well but divincenzo is a significantly better basketball player than him. Obi has a TON of flaws. He can’t defend wings, he cant rebound, he’s a streaky shooter at best and he can’t beat anyone off the dribble. The Knicks are a better team with DDV and it’s not really up for debate.
