Why would the Raptors trade Pascal siakam or OG Anunoby. Every team that wants to better in the playoffs or in that group that could win it all wants them. Do the raptors want to be in the same place?! Why trade real assets to restart? This idea of having the part or pieces then trading them to rebuild is simply spinning in circles and going nowhere. There is a new coach and culture see if that make a difference between now and the trade deadline before trading any of your key pieces, at the least.

Hawks get Pascal Siakam to pair with Tre, Clint, Hunter, Bogdan, Gay, and Bay
Pros & Cons
The Raptors get a Fred replacement in Murry; however, he could be just a rental and bail after this season if he doesn't want to play in Toronto. Onyeka is also on an expiring contract and the Raptors would have to pay him to keep him, SO the only two good pieces the Raptors are getting are AJ and Kobe, for the long-term rebuild to pair with Scottie OG, Gary, Dick, Precious, and Jak
The Hawks get the perfect compliment player in Pascal to go with Tre and he slots in right into the PF spot with Colins gone, obviously, the pairing of Murry and Tre did not work so now they get a 2-time All-NBA, 2-time All-Star, & champion in his prime, the bad part is pascal could also be a rental but if the hawks sign him to the max he will probably stay long term with them.
Siakam trade will not happen..

Just trade siakam already and start building on another direction. He is not a number one guy he is just not that good, he just does not have it in him. Giving him a super max next year is just the worst possible decision raps can do it will just cripple the franchise. Trade him now and quick since there is still interest!

I understand PS is our All NBA guy but we get younger and I believe team is better 4/5 positions vs last year and depth / bench is better!
PG overall better, SG better with Dick added, SF more depth + OG entering prime PF ok PS is better than SB now but most expect SB better in 2 years. C with Jak it is better. SB is great but not a great C last year. Plus we get some first round talent to add as Otto goes or we find new home for Chris?
At this point I'm just annoyed with this b.s Siakam trade talks, and even more annoyed of the "fans" that want this done, he ain't going nowhere he's improved every year and is easily a top 3 PF in the East, every contender wants him, but bandwagon fan would just rather start from scratch and get Bufkin, and a bunch of rookies so we can sit here and play the lottery year after year winning 20 games, I've been a fan of the Raps when they were a bottom feeding team year after year, its not fun just playing for lotto picks… we got good not from the lotto picks, so why do you guys insist we need to tank and rebuild

I still haven't heard a single Siakam trade that makes the new team vastly better than they are without him while doing anything for the Raps long term. That Siakam trade simply doesn't exist.

You trade to get better it is really bad if we trade Siakam for a bunch of guys beneath him or unproven draft picks unless you see a great risk and red flags that he decides to walk next year and go to the Rockets with his bff. Try to extend him and see what happens. Pascal gets better each year and he is bonafide champion.

I wouldn’t mind trading Siakam for Dejounte. A true two way point with decent size and athleticism. You could move Scottie to the 4, would be nice to get Buffkin too.

No way a trade for pascal is going to be centered around Bufkin. Bufkin would be a sweetener. That’s like trying to trade for Bam with Gradey as the main piece. Murray is definitely the key piece to that trade because not only is he likely their best asset after Trae, but he also fits a need as allstar level point guard to replace Fred. People act like this guy wasn’t a allstar. That deal would likely be pascal and thad young for Murray, Hunter (or AJ) Bufkin another player and a pick. Make no mistakes this trade would centered around Murray.
there a 0% chance pascal gets traded. why we would we sign shroeder and jakob if were just gonna tank. also with shroeder signed it makes no sense to trade siakam for murray. ifany of this was gonna happen shroeder never would have been signed and jak would have never resigned
