Our positional depth

šŸ¤© = Superstar

šŸ˜ƒ = Excellent

šŸ‘ = Solid

šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø = Jury is out, but sure

šŸ˜¬ = Better not rely on this optionā€¦

We look incredibly stacked in positions 1 through 4. Each position has 4-6 guys that I can do a solid job filling the role. Center is the obvious glaring hole. We got AD, then unproven Hayes, then small ball lineups.

Overall I love how versatile we are. Assuming we get a dependable 5 with one of our last pick ups, I absolutely love the work the FO has done building the team this year.

Wish we had a backup center in the thumbs up range šŸ˜

Not sure about the others but I love me some bron running the point.

You about the have the Cam Reddish stanbase on your ass lol

  4. ForgotPWAgainSigh

Lol the back up centers and Cam. Gonna be tough times for us for sure

Love this format for establishing expectations.

Iā€™m excited about Vincent, but heā€™s solid until we see a bigger sample imo. If he stayed in Miami, herro wouldā€™ve gotten his role back. Assuming we agree herro a tier above Vincent but still below superstar, it starts to slot guys differently.

Vandos lack of offense makes him more solid than excellent come playoffs but excellent is perfect for reg season.

Conversely, reg season rui is more solid than excellent and flips come playoffs.

We havenā€™t seen nearly enough of max to say heā€™s a solid backup for us. Jury still out and he/reddish will be competing for those minutes.

Using the ā€œcanā€™t rely onā€¦ā€ logic should push JHS and Lewis down a slot too. Theyā€™re rookies who will have a steep learning curve before being reliable contributors to a contender in addition to a rookie wall about midseason.

Youā€™re forgetting about white castle!! I honestly have high hopes for him from what Iā€™ve seen.

The worst part of this is knowing we are going to be forced to play Cam Reddish minutes over better players as part of the Klutch Tax.

  8. high-on-avocado

You rate Gabe Vincent that high huh

  9. foozbinjex

At worst Vincent is Dennis Schroder 3pt shooting, at best (during the playoffs) he’s much better.

Soooo, youā€™re saying Cam Reddish totally sucks then?

To me cam reddish is a shooting guard more than prince

And why are you all so confident of Reaves playing PG. Why is he in Russell and LeBron strength?

Reaves should drop down in that category.

    Center position looks weak

I can see the optimism in this so Iā€™m not gonna comment on that. I think the point of this is to show we need a big to relieve the brow

    EDIT: I concur
