Nets were gonna sign Cam Johnson no matter what, Jerami Grant isnt worth 160 Million, Kuzma isnt worth 100 million, Dillon Brooks isnt worth 80 Million.

Guys rebuilds take time. We have a great young team right now. Signing Cam Johnson would speed up that process and not give our guys time to develop
Ku relax Duren is way better than Rudy Gobert. Plus Livers Asur and a healthy Cade the defense will be solid

Personally I'm keeping an eye on Miles Bridges – signed the QO, has stated before he'd like to play for the Pistons & if he bounces back after his suspension, I'd definitely look to get him next off-season
We are building for future success, not a bad quick fix. None of these over paid guy that were available would make us much better line turn. Bet on the players u drafted.
You keep saying trade and get a starting 4. What team is going to make that trade. As of right now nobody. Detroit best bet right now is to try to get in on a 3 team trade with someone or sign bol bol. Other than that they gonna trade them players and get nothing but trash or draft picks back in return.
Christian Wood is still an available free agent.
Finally, someone can just tell the truth. Never having a starting four isn't a plan. And yes a move can still be made…
It's almost like our owner, coach, and GM understand none of these moves are about making THIS years team better. If you wanna be Joe at the bar, go sign Charlie V or Josh Smith.
Of course they haven't signed a free agent. They used all of their cap space when they got Joe Harris (&19.9 mil) and Monte Morris ($9.8 mil) without giving anything back. This was pretty much reported as it happened.
This doesn't seem hard to understand to me they are going to start Isaiah Stewart at the 4 with Bojan at the 3. Starting lineup will be Cade, Ivey, Bojan, Stu, and Duren. The key players off the bench will be Harris, Ausar, Morris, Burks and Wiseman. Jaylen Brown is not an option for Detroit. It's a pipe dream.
Kahlil stop trying to be the smartest person in the room. I get it your bitter because of the no splash free agency but as a pistons fan you should be used to that by now.
