Exactly the Blazers does not owe Dame anything as they have given him huge contracts, if Dame was willing to take a pay cut as Dirk did to his Mavs, the Blazers might have signing better players surrounding Dame! If I am the Blazers' management, I will rather bench Dame for a season than trading him for the package that they do not like.
