Ricky Councils 2, 3 and 4 are untouchable.
I can’t imagine they actually want that contract. But every Eastern Conference contender would be wise to continue saying they’d trade for Dame, so that there’s still the illusion of a market to put some pressure on Miami to offer some value. It hurts every East team for Miami to acquire Dame for pennies on the dollar.

I know I’m obviously biased because I want him on our team but isn’t Harden and Dame essentially the same value? To me, that’s the best trade Portland is gonna get. I don’t understand what the big obstacle is aside from him simply wanting to be in Miami
