Kai Sotto should play smart but must also use his acquired skills fom his stint with NBL and Japan league.He should use his strength under as he has tremendous footwork he should during his games with TSF. He has played well in Australia once scoring 21 points which he can repeat. He can playmake by posting up near the foul line and assisting his team mates in cuttibg towards the ring but can fake it do a floater. Since it is made infront of the board, any mis may bounce back to him for a put back or a rebound. To take advantage of his height he should always position himself around the ring whenever his team
mates shoots but opposite where it was made as it bounce on that side if it fails. Devon Looney use this to get the rebounds. He should shoot 3 point shots when the opposing team has inxreased their lead to double digits or sxreen his teamates for their 3 points also or prepare to get the rebounds after their 3 point shots. He should shoot 3's and score to make the big men of the other team leave the shaded lane. In situations where the team needs to score to increase tgeir lead or reduce the lead of the other team,Kai should work around the ring to get lop pass for dunks , hoiks ar boarding.Having acquired a skill of using his body to create space to score he can shoot and get fouls against the big men or against the defense.Kai should play well and enjoy it as our country and Filipinos will be cheering for him and wanrsvhim to win as well as the Orlando Magic.
