Great mentality and showed off why he’s special there. Not going to lie that many including I were concerned in the first half with the indecisiveness but it’s exactly what he’s working to overcome. He truly came into his own and I can’t believe we didn’t run plays for him. Also, Tari’s inbound pass on the GW shot is highly overlooked. That starting 4 spot is going to have intense competition and that’s healthy!!!
I’m saying this wholeheartedly but enjoy our young core while we can bc we can’t possibly afford to keep these guys together if they all even get near their upper range of potential. If it happens, it will be one of those bittersweet realizations that something good can’t last long (or never feels long enough). At least we may hit on 2 or 3 out of 6 if we are lucky and fortunate (injury luck, timing, etc.).

Bari had a great 2nd half and made clutch plays down the stretch so I give him credit for that. However I see too many plays where he doesn’t look like he cares. He had a few turnovers where after losing the ball he’s walking back on defense like Christian Wood. Also a lot of lose balls and rebounds where he’s waiting for someone else to make the play. His shot is inconsistent and he doesn’t have a handle, so I don’t know why he doesn’t show the same intensity in other areas like Tari does. I’m still rooting for the guy but I don’t know if heart and hustle is something that you can learn or just born with it.
