Greed! The old man was about to retire until he scammed the Spurs into paying a 74 year old coach 80 million. He's been a terrible coach since he made Kawhi leave! He's run that organization into the ground and he gets 80 million???

Imagine getting a 5 year extension to a contract. That would see you into the age 79. That's weird.
True he can only coach what he is given, but 4 losing seasons in a row and not being a factor competitively in 8 years does not sound like a 5 year deal to me but it's their money so who cares.
