[King] Jayson Tatum was watching the Celtics today courtside. Jordan Walsh: “I looked at him a couple of times. He didn’t look back at me. But I looked over there like, ‘Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.’ But it’s respect though. I love watching him play.”

    What I’ve seen so far:

    -Great work ethic

    – Moves really well off the ball

    -Positions himself properly for rebounds

-His shot selection is decent, but I know they want him out there taking different kinds of shots, so the bad shots can’t really be held against him.

-His defensive ability really comes from effort and his legnth. I’d like to see him get around picks a little better.

-Needs to work on taking care of the ball. His passes are questionable at times. And he dribbles himself into traps that force him to pass the ball away and is prone to turnovers.

Just my opinion of a small sample of what I’ve seen. But I’m excited to see what kind of player he develops into. At the end of the day it all depends on how he fits in with the team.
