Obi Toppin after trade from Knicks: ‘I’m not really worried about the past anymore’ | SNY



Obi Toppin met the media on Sunday to talk about his trade to the Indiana Pacers from the New York Knicks. Toppin had good things to say about his time in New York, and added that he’s “definitely super excited to have this new journey and start out here in Indiana.” When asked about issues with Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau, Toppin said “I’m not really worried about the past anymore…all I’m worried about is this new start”

  7. its kind of head scratching when they picked Obi instead of Halliburton when they knew they still have Randle. Really made no sense. We could have had an allstar pg instead we are trading our first round picks for peanuts. One of the few mistakes the front office made.
