Sourced Tidbit: **Brown is expected to push for a trade kicker per league sources as one of the terms of the new contract, a common move for stars around the league.**

> The max dollar amount of any supermax extension isn’t up in the air as Brown is eligible for a five-year, $295 million deal
This isn’t correct anymore, right? This is 35% of next year’s cap, no? And next year’s cap isn’t actually set yet. If the cap raises by another 10%, like everyone is expecting, then his contract looks a little different I would think.
The final contract would be:
– 5 years 307,222,657.73 (so 5/307mil) – Year 1: 52,368,085.00 – Year 2: 56,557,531.80 – Year 3: 61,082,134.34 – Year 4: 65,968,705.09 – Year 5: 71,246,201.50
With the 15% trade kicker allowing him to make more if traded, up to the 35% max for whatever year he’s traded in.
Edit: If projections play out as they should, (10% raises in the cap), that 71mil would be 32.5% of the cap vs. 35%.
