The Toronto Raptors are stuck in the middle, seemingly without any direction but could choose to trade their star player Pascal Siakam and spend the summer retooling to give the likes of former Rookie of the Year Scottie Barnes more responsibility on the court in hopes to accelerate his development. Masai Ujiri however has never really been one to sit back and has always made bold trades to try and keep the team in as much contention as they possibly can and could be eyeing a blockbuster offseason trade to propel the Raptors in a different direction.
Disgruntled superstar Damian Lillard is looking for a move to the Miami Heat but with only lackluster offers coming from the recent Eastern Conference champions, another team could potentially pounce on the chance to trade for the point guard and the Raptors have been tipped as a team to keep an eye on.

As long as it's only Scottie (+ Boucher, Thad, OPJ and Flynn) and one FRP., going out, I'd be okay with this Don't need Little. We have to keep Gary, tho'. I still believe in Precious, and think he and Gradey can be the youth component going forward that every balanced contender needs. Given his age (and humungous contract), I think we would start load managing Dame immediately, to try to get him to his age 37 season relatively intact – at least to be in better shape than Lowry and Chris Paul. Only play him against >.500 teams.
We can always fill out the roster by signing guys like Danny Green (if he's back healthy) for the vet min.

Even if we do nothing else, we will finish way ahead of last year. Getting rid of Fred and Nick nurse was a blessing in disguise.
Also in this new coaching system Scottie could be just as good as pascal. Because it’s not going to be iso heavy BS. Give the spin master the ball and clear out. Darko gives me great hope. And the vibes are back

When I first heard the Dame rumours I got really excited, but when I actually thought about it. It just doesn’t make sense. It’s a kawhi move but at the tottaly wrong time where when the run is over our team is gona be in shambles
