Crawford made sense because we thought we had something cooking with Butler, Thibs loved his Bulls so Deng, and Brooks made sense.
If we are adding to this list, Brad Miller and Thad Young should be on it.

I’d say Brandon Roy. Definitely weird to see him wearing a Wolves jersey. Sad that his comeback didn’t work out. He was one of my favorite players when he was in his prime.

I had completely forgotten that Walker played for the Wolves…and that roster was a total disaster. That was the most random to me. Miller and Prince made some sense. We had just drafted Towns and probably wanted to put him around some guys who had NBA success and could be his veteran mentors. I’m sure KG was also a big part of getting them to come to MN.
