The Houston Rockets Off-season Was Not as Bad as You Think…

This video looks at the Houston rockets and why their offseason was not as bad as everyone says after signing Fred VanVleet and Dillon Brooks and drafting Amen Thompson and Cam Whitmore to go along with their current core of Jalen Green and Kevin Porter Jr

  1. To switch from a tanking/rebuilding team to a playoff/playin team you’re going to have to over pay for players

  2. love your videos!! I was not expecting them to pick up who they did but im excited to see them in the new season

  3. Nobody thought it was bad that didnt try to shoehorn it in about money and length of contrars for two very good players. Which in some cases glossed over the 3rd year option on FVV. No Rockets fans believed it was bad either. There is no way any single team improved more. So. 🤷‍♂️

  4. Cam probably won’t see a lot of time his rookie year. It’s more likely that Tate runs with that second unit. Him Amen and KPJ should wreak some havoc on opposing benches

  5. Anybody who cant like Udoka, FVV, Dillon, Amen Thompson, Cam Whitmore😂😂. I cant trust anyways.

  6. I don’t know why anyone would think it’s bad. The expensive FAs we brought in are on relatively team friendly contracts and we have money to overpay for the next couple of years. Needed vets to bring some knowledge and legitimacy to our team, which could attract other vets in the future. Our youngsters are taking that “next step”. We aren’t a real contender yet and won’t be for another couple of years, but the rebuild is coming along nicely.
