People are so impatient that some had already written off Jalen Slawson in too small of a sample size, but I heard him say he has been overcome with nerves but knew he'd eventually show his stuff. Starting year in G-League will build his confidence and he has rim protecting verticality that the Kings can use in certain matchups later this season or next season, whenever coaches think he's ready.

Daum is legit. Slawson's got potential. Now, between Daum and Ford I'm not sure who I want getting the last 2-way spot…
