[Joey Linn] For what it’s worth, I’ve been told that James Harden’s desire to be traded to the Clippers was made even stronger once they officially re-signed Russell Westbrook. The two are still very close, and Harden wants to play with Russ again.

Interesting
Home game vibes gonna be crazy if harden comes.
only a matter of time before Harden is a Clipper
when healthy, having at least 2 of em on the floor at all times is lethal. Just have to be healthy when it matters.
So much of this sub is just drastically underrating the impact that James Harden would bring in a trade. Ya’ll try to be spicy and talk about his elimination game where he undoubtedly shit the bed, while ignoring that he had insanely good games as well. For a sub that is praising the hell out of Russ (for good reason), you’re conveniently overlooking the fact that Harden had similar averages (fewer points and rebounds, but more assists and fewer turnovers) with substantially better efficiency.
Either way, Harden is a *huge* floor raiser in the regular season which is one of our biggest problems. He’s a perfect fit next to 213 and making him the 3rd or 4th option will make us absolutely lethal. We’ll be more top heavy than teams like the Lakers, Grizzlies, and Warriors while having better depth than Phoenix and the Nuggets.
We literally watched Kawhi basically will us to a top 6 playoff spot and get injured after his herculean effort. Having Harden take a *ton* of that stress away would be huge. The man literally averaged 21/6/10 on 44/38/87 splits. He’s a good fucking player. His biggest weakness is showing up in big games, and luckily we have Kawhi Leonard for that. He addresses our weaknesses just as well as we address his.
We got a squad now
So maybe that’s why russ stayed for cheap, he and harden have a plan? 🤔
Do they want to win a championship?
Zubac lobs from Harden 🤤🤤🤤
Harden doesn’t have the same superstar status he used to have. 36.6 ppg Harden could wield power like LeBron, but this version of Harden can’t demand shit after 2 trades already. Wish he would stop whining
Harden and russ might combine for more total games played then pg and kawhi over the last 2 years. Im hyped
