Unpopular opinion, but not a fan of how Grant got into it with Jimmy.
I like the fact Grant competes, but he’s role player who stands in the corner. He’s not going bucket for bucket with Jimmy and applying pressure on that end. He isn’t a real tough guy like PJ Tucker, and I don’t even think PJ Tucker would go about defending Jimmy that way cause all it does is fire him up.
Just a stupid move with too much “look at me” energy.

Ngl. At first I didn’t like grant cause he seemed overconfident and annoying for being a role player
But seeing how he’s owned some of his embarrassing/corny moments these past couple years (this clip, “I’ll make both”, Batman, trash talking with Steph) made me really come around. He doesn’t get defensive and is really humble/ down to earth in interviews. Plus he looks old af but we need to keep in mind that he’s only 24.
A lot more likeable than players who can never admit to doing anything wrong :cough:embiidjaylenpatbev:cough:
