On top when you make All Star teams and ALL NBA teams your max salary is guaranteed and solidified even more for your future contracts!!! So for Tyrese Maxey's case the last 2 seasons he averaged 17.5 and 20 & 35min last 2 season so thats how he's qualified for the big bag. Hope that clarifies it sir chev!!
