@New York Knicks

Heat fans seem to think he’s destined for the Heat. We seem to think he’s destined for the Knicks. I’m just gunna assume the worst 🤣.

  1. Mitchell to the Knicks in 2024 via trade or 2025 via FA is the most obvious future NBA move. He wanted to come to the Knicks a year ago despite us finishing 11th. Fast forward a year later, and we’re supposed to believe that the chances are less despite the Knicks improving?

    Besides, Miami is most likely getting Dame so that rules out any Heat move

    I’m honestly like 90% sure he’s going to the Nets.

    Closer to Citifield than Westchester is

    The Cavs gave up a lot for him. If the Heat don’t have enough for Dame they will definitely not have enough for him.

    Would be funny if he came here via trade for substantially less than what Ainge wanted.

    Either way, you know he is not going to the Heat as they are planning for Dame

    Heat fans are so delusional they think everyone wants to come to the Heat. They do exactly what the Knicks fan base are accused of yet no one gives them any flak.

    They don’t have enough to get Dame and Mitchell, and I **highly** doubt somebody else is getting Dame.

    The team to worry about would be Brooklyn, who has zero reason to tank and little attachment to their picks.

  7. I actually think hes now destined to the Nets 😔, although i would love to have him.

    We just got Brunson. He’s not coming. We don’t need a big minutes point guard who demands the ball

  9. if we go all in on a brunson-mitchell-randle big 3 i might shoot myself

    If the heat don’t get Dame, he’s a great fit on that team. I don’t think he’s a great fit next to Brunson. IDC how “obvious” his move to New York seems to be.

  11. Heat have had a track record of getting their man but I don’t think it works this time.

    He’s on the Cavs until he’s not. Lots can change in this league over a short period of time. And while I agree with Bontemps opinion on the situation, I highly doubt Cleveland let’s him go before his contract is up.

    Heat make no sense. He’s in a great situation in Cleveland, and when it’s time to extend these young guys are gonna be legit. The only reason he should leave is if he really just has this crazy desire to come to New York

    If the Heat trade for Dame, they’re 100% out of the DM sweepstakes.
