It all depends on the leader and those being lead. The Spurs accomplished similar greatness as a unit that actually did do a lotta the relationship building and hugging and all that, Magic had a whole different philosophy, Mike was similar to Kobe but there's many ways to lead. I love Kobe but he's just wrong and there is a reason they struggled so much for so long, that kinda leadership don't work for everybody.
And that is why Lebron had to win with players who already were stars, and had their own identity. He couldn’t be the asshole to push you and help you build it like Kobe and Mike.
Kobe was full of shit. All NBA games are rigged 100%! Had nothing to do with leadership. It was preplanned by the owner's for Kobe and the Lakers to win 5 championships. He knew that.
