Ausar Thompson Changes Everything For The Pistons…

The Detroit Pistons have one of the most intriguing young cores in the NBA. And the most recent addition that young core is the most intriguing of them all to me. 5th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft Ausar Thompson
I’ll admit I didn’t really think about the idea of Ausar going to the Pistons at pick 5 prior to the draft. But the more I thought about it the more I have fallen in love with the Pistons taking Ausar at pick 5. I think it’s a really good fit for this Pistons team. He’s a high upside prospect with a floor that’s relatively high as well. And I believe in him as the x-factor for the Pistons future.
