Earlier in the off-season I read that the Grizzlies were looking at moving Steven Adams so they can start Brandon Clarke.
How do you feel about this hypothetical trade?
Gives the Grizzlies some salary relief in 24-25 and gives them an intriguing option in Tre Mann. Clears a lot of the Thunders roster crunch while reuniting them with a fan favourite who can certainly still contribute.
Perhaps the Thunder could add a couple of second rounders that coincide with the years the grizzlies will inevitably be in the luxury tax to sweeten the deal.

Love Steven but he doesn’t really fit this iteration of the thunder where everyone can pass dribble shoot and make quick decisions. Plus for the 100th time……Chet is our primary center.
Why would OKC want to give picks and assets up for a tradition center that is now injury prone in his 30s. He doesn’t fit anything that Sam Presti has been building towards. Has to be able to dribble/pass/make a play and shoot.
He’s also never been able to stay healthy even now. Love Adams but that ship has sailed. I’m much happy with Jwill and Chet, they compliment each other a lot more due to the spacing they provide. Adams would just clog up the paint for all of our drivers, and limit Chet.
