The Utah Jazz have long been a middling team for the past decade led by their franchise cornerstones Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert. When the team finally realized it was time to pull the plug and start from scratch, the organization traded both stars and got a massive return that will leap frog them into the future. Specifically, the Rudy Gobert trade was very beneficial for them, and the summer league solidified that being the case.
