The NBA pretty much lost me as a fan around the time that MJ retired. The nail in the coffin for me was bringing all of the politics onto the court.

Jaylen Brown will make big money but almost all the rest of the Celtics players will make a fraction of that with the new CBA.

All this money for a player that I feel I can dribble better than….and that’s not me over hyping my skill or hyperbole. He can’t do basic crossovers and behind the backs to his left hand without the ball ending up with the other team. Watch that Miami game when he had 8 turnovers. He’s a more pouty, more frantic with the ball, not as good of a shooter, or defender, or team player as prime klay. Klay at his peak is better than jaylen

You guys do realize that this contract is going to look incredibly reasonable once guys like Luka, Tatum, Jokic, Embiid, SGA, Ja, Edwards, etc all hit that next extension period.

That’s a terrible contract for someone who has achieved very little and is not the clear best player in his team imo. He should be a 35 mil cap hit, not 60

Stupid take stupid agenda… Jokic signed his extension last year before the new CBA agreement.. once other super star players sign their extensions under the new cba , it’ll make more sense Tatum is eligible for 330 million next year… Jokić when he signed his extension in 2026 is eligible for 404 million… these talk hosts need to do some research before giving their takes
