I don’t understand how and why he would veto the trade if Portland accepts to trade him here, then they accept the return lol.
People really acting like we have a gun to the Blazers head forcing them to trade him here. In reality 1. They could trade him wherever they want (although it would make them look like crap sending their franchise GOAT to somewhere he doesn’t want to be) 2. They don’t have to trade him at all.
This is like me going to a candy shop and asking for a $5 chocolate bar for $2 and the owner calls the cops and kicks me out, then down the line he agrees to sell it to me for $3… and the cops (Adam Silver in this case) come in and say “No I’m not letting you guys do this transaction because you initially weren’t happy”
