That's what I've been saying! I've sort of wondered why Coach doesn't use a sort of relief pitchers approach to the bench though, give someone a game's rest just to come on strong for the next game. I thought this about Monk/TD early last year till I realized Monk was far to valuable to rest, but maybe Duarte/Jones. Feel free to tell me why this is a dumb idea 😅
If they want to have 5 games for preseason they should just do a preseason tournament like euro Soccer does. Have 3 or 4 teams go to different countries and play against teams over there and play each other. Then give them a 1 or 2 week break for the regular season, (since we already have to wait that much time for the regular season).
I agree with everything you'd had to say in this one lol … Our bench is going to be dangerous and preseason sucks
